- 1.) How long can I leave the amplifier plugged into the
charger?
- Your can leave the amp plugged in indefinitely. The built-in
charging circuit allows the amplifier to charge up when
the battery is low, and will automatically switch to trickle
charging when the battery is full. This trickle charge will
keep the battery conditioned to the optimal charge, and
will not overcharge the battery.

- 2.) How long will the amp stay charged if I put it in
storage?
- The battery on the PyP-Bomb will remain fully charged
for approximately 4 - 6 months if you put it in storage.
Like all other batteries, the sealed lead acid battery in
your PyP-Bomb will slowly lose its charge if not used. We
recommend keeping the amp plugged in overnight during normal
use, and charging it every couple of months, overnight,
when storing it.

- 3.) How do I use the PyP-Bomb as a portable PA System?
- With the use of a microphone impedance matching transformer
adapter you can plug a standard dynamic microphone into
the PyP-Bomb without any additional requirements. The adapter
we use is the Audio-Technica model number CP8201.
Plugging this device into your microphone's XLR jack and
then into the PyP-Bomb input, you are all set to go. Switching
between Acoustic and Electric will give you a variation
on sound that you can further modify with the Tone control.

- 4.) How do I use the PyP-Bomb with my portable CD/MP3
player?
- If you are using a PB-1A with your portable CD/MP3 player,
you merely have to plug it directly into the AUX input jack
located on the front control panel, and start playing your
tunes. Keep in mind that the volume on the PyP-Bomb is your
master volume, but your CD/MP3 player's volume can also
be used to fine tune the level. In order to plug your portable
CD player into the PB-1 PyP-Bomb, you will need to use a
stereo-to-mono 1/4" adapter. This will convert the
stereo signal from your CD player into a single channel
that the PyP-Bomb can recognize. Additionally, if you want
even higher quality output, you can use a stereo splitter
combined with dual PyP-Bombs to get full stereo reproduction
of your CD/MP3 player's stereo sound. When using the PB-1
PyP-Bomb we have used the Sound Professionals model SP-PHON-MINI-2
with great success.
